What about late fees on the invoices I send my clients?
Mihn sends polite reminders. There's no late-fee feature, no interest, no compounding. If you choose to charge late fees, that arrangement is between you and your client — we won't build the tool to do it.
How does payment processing stay halal?
Payments run through Paddle on conventional card rails, with zero interest in any contract we facilitate. As we grow, we plan to integrate Islamic-finance partners for fully halal-rail processing. Full stance on the values page.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions. After that, prorated for the remainder of the period you paid for.

Will pricing differ by region?
We're launching with USD pricing globally. As we grow into the Gulf and Southeast Asia, we'll add region-specific pricing in AED, SAR, MYR, and IDR.
