The short version: your files, clients, and messages stay yours. We export them on request and delete them on request. We don't profile you.
Who runs Mihn
Mihn is operated by Mohammedsaif Maher K., based in Cairo, Egypt. Pre-incorporation: there is no parent company sitting behind the brand. The founder is the data controller and the responsible person for everything on this page.

Where your data lives
Your files live on Cloudflare R2, encrypted at rest. Your account data lives on Supabase (Postgres) in EU regions. We're GDPR-compliant whether you're in the EU or not.
What we collect
The minimum needed to make Mihn work for you: account email, files you upload, projects and messages you create, billing identifiers we need to charge you correctly. We don't collect data about you for any purpose other than running your account.
What we don't run
No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No session recording. Our analytics (Plausible, self-hosted) record anonymous page views and nothing else.
Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics are cookieless — so there's no consent banner to click through. Under GDPR/ePrivacy, strictly necessary cookies don't require consent, and we run nothing beyond them.
Export and deletion
You can export everything you have in Mihn at any time, in standard formats. You can delete your account at any time and we'll erase your data within 30 days. We'll send you a confirmation when it's gone.
Full policy
We're drafting a longer policy that breaks each commitment above into the specific legal language regulators expect. Until it's posted, everything above is what we operate by — and everything on the values page is a binding promise.
