Refunds

The short version: a 14-day free trial before you pay anything, a 14-day money-back window after that, and proration on cancellation. No interrogation.

Try before you pay

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe, so most people never need a refund at all: if Mihn isn't for you, simply let the trial end.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. We won't interrogate you — one email is enough.

This window applies to your first paid charge after the trial. Renewal charges in later periods aren't automatically covered by the 14-day guarantee, but see the proration and good-faith sections below — we don't keep money for service you didn't get.

Cancellation and proration

Cancel any time, one click, from your billing settings. When you cancel, we prorate unused time so you're not charged for a period you won't use. Your workspace stays accessible through the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to a read-only state rather than being deleted.

If we remove your content

In the rare case we remove content that crosses the lines in our terms, we'll refund you for the unused portion of your subscription. We don't profit from removing your access.

How payments and refunds are processed

Mihn uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and the processing of refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days).

How to request a refund

Email founder@mihn.app from the address on your account, or use the contact link on any Paddle receipt email. Tell us the workspace name — that's all we need to find your account and process it. We aim to respond within two business days.
