Set up your portal
After you sign up you land in a short setup wizard: add your logo and brand color, add your first client, and create a folder to share. You can skip any step and finish it later from your dashboard — nothing is locked behind setup.
Your branding is what clients see. Mihn stays invisible to them on paid plans, so the portal feels like an extension of your studio.
Inviting clients
Add a client with their name and email, then send an invitation. Your client gets a magic link — one click, no password to create or remember. The link signs them straight into their portal.
Need to send it again? Open the client and choose Resend invitation. Links expire after 48 hours; a client can always request a fresh one from their portal login page.
Sharing files
Upload files (or drag and drop) into a client's space. Clients see and download exactly what you share with them — nothing else. Upload a new version of a file and the history is kept, so you can always get back to an earlier cut.
File size and total storage scale with your plan — see the pricing page for the specifics. Video files get an inline player with timecoded comments so feedback lands on the exact frame.
Invoices
Create an invoice, add line items and a due date, then send it. Your client views it in their portal, and you mark it paid once the money arrives. Mihn delivers and tracks invoices — you collect payment however you already do (bank transfer, your own processor, etc.).
Billing and your subscription
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep editing — your workspace stays readable either way, so nothing is ever held hostage. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in one click from Settings → Billing.
Payments and receipts are handled by Paddle, our payment provider. For refunds, see the refund policy.
