Terms

These terms are between you and Mihn, operated by Mohammedsaif Maher K., based in Cairo, Egypt. Pre-incorporation: there is no parent company. The founder is the contracting party and stands behind every commitment on this page.

We'll run the service in line with the commitments on the values page: no interest in any contract we facilitate, no dark patterns, no engagement-bait notifications, no selling or sharing of your data. The pricing you see is the pricing you pay.

That you don't use Mihn to host or distribute content we won't support: pornography, gambling promotion, predatory financial products targeted at Muslims, or content that openly mocks any faith. We don't audit your work — we trust you to align it with your own values — but if we find content that crosses these lines, we'll remove it and refund you.

A single self-attestation checkbox at signup is the only AUP mechanism we run. We don't scan your files or your projects.

14-day free trial, no card required. After that, you pay per the plan you choose. One-click cancel, any time. We'll prorate unused time on cancellation. Full refund within the first 14 days after the trial ends, any reason, no interrogation.

We do our best to keep Mihn running and your data safe. We host on reputable infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 for files, Supabase for data), we keep backups, and we'll restore from them if something goes wrong on our side. We can't be liable for consequential losses beyond the value of what you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

We're drafting longer terms that break each clause above into the specific legal language regulators and partners expect. Until they're posted, the above is what we operate by — and the values page is a binding promise.
